How to add an email address to the Allow list (whitelist) or Block list (blacklist) in Sutton email?

To add an email address to the Allow list (whitelist) or Block list (blacklist) in Sutton email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the https://mail.sutton.com/ 
  2. Enter your Sutton email and password


    1. Access Settings: Once logged in, click on the gear icon (⚙️) located in the top-right corner of the page. This will open the Settings menu.

  1. Access Filters: In the settings menu, look for an option related to email filters or spam control. This may be labeled as "Filters" or "Spam Settings."

  1. Manage Allowlist/Blocklist: Within the filters or spam settings, locate the section for managing Allowlist and Blocklist settings. This is where you can specify which email addresses or domains to allow or block.
  1. Add to Allowlist/Blocklist: Depending on your requirement, either choose the Allowlist or Blocklist section. Then, find the option to add a new entry.


  1. Enter Email Address or Domain: In the add entry section, enter the email address or domain that you want to allow or block. Make sure to enter the full email address (e.g., example@example.com) or domain (e.g., example.com).

  1. Save Changes: Once you've entered the email address or domain, select add button to add the email address on the spam list. 

  1. Verify Settings: After saving the changes, double-check the Allowlist or Blocklist to ensure that the email address or domain has been added correctly.

  1. Test the Settings: Send a test email from the email address you've added to the Allowlist or Blocklist to verify that the settings are working as expected. Note: for the test this is only allowed for email address you allowed on the spam list. 
By following these steps, you can easily add email addresses to the Allowlist or Blocklist in Zoho Mail, allowing you to control which emails are accepted or rejected based on your preferences.
