How to set up a Sutton Email on an iPhone (IMAP or POP)

Please follow the steps below on how to set up Sutton email on an iPhone:
  1. Kindly proceed with server settings in your device:

  1. Tap 'Settings'

  1. Scroll Down and click 'Mail'

  1. Tap 'Accounts'

  1. Click 'Add Account'

  1. Tap 'Other'

  1. Add 'Mail Account'

  1. Enter your information in the spaces provided.
  2. Name: Enter your first and last name. (This is the name that will appear in the 'From' field of messages you send)
  3. Address: Enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@sutton.com) Password: Enter the password you generated in "Application-Specific Password" step #8
  4. Description: Enter a descriptive name for the account (e.g., Work Account). This description will be visible only to you.
  5. Click: Next on the top right

  1. Click IMAP or POP based on your preferences. POP allows you to download emails directly from the server. However, the two sources are not synced.
  2. IMAP manages your email directly from the email server. Thus, when you delete an email from your smartphone, Outlook, or other devices, that email will also be permanently deleted on the server.

  1. Fill out the 'Incoming Mail Server' and 'Outgoing Mail Server' sections and tap Save.
   
      IMAP
  1.       Incoming Server Name: imappro.zoho.com Port: 993 Require SSL: Yes 
  2.       yourname@sutton.com / Enter the password you generated in "Application-Specific Password" step #8
     POP
  1.       Incoming Server Name: poppro.zoho.com Port: 995 Require SSL: Yes 
  2.       yourname@sutton.com / Enter the password you generated in "Application-Specific Password" step #8
     Outgoing / SMTP
  1.       Outgoing Server Name: smtppro.zoho.com Port465 with SSL or 587 with TLS Require SSL: Yes 
  2.       yourname@sutton.com / Enter the password you generated in "Application-Specific Password" step #8

  1. The device will verify settings and return to the 'Settings Menu'
