Setting up conversation view settings in Sutton Mail

The conversation view settings at Zoho Mail allow for flexible customization of views and actions to meet individual requirements and making it easy to read and navigate to the individual emails.

Please follow the steps below on how to Manage Conversation View Settings:
  1. Go to https://mail.sutton.com
  2. Enter your Sutton email and password.
  3. Navigate to Settings

  1. Scroll down on the left side and 
  2. Click  "Conversation"
  3. Under Conversation View, select the Enable conversation view option. 
  4. Under Sort Conversations, the following options are available to choose between - Latest on top, Oldest on top.

Individual Folder Conversation View Settings:
  • Navigate to the folder, whose conversation view you want to switch.
  • Click the Conversation icon on the top right corner of the screen, to turn ON/OFF conversation view for the current folder.
