How to add another Sutton email via IMAP?

Using IMAP, you can manage multiple email accounts in the same mailbox. Kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://mail.sutton.com
  2. Enter your Sutton email and password
  3. ​Go to Settings



  1. Scroll on the left side and click Mail Accounts
  2. Click the + (add icon) and select "IMAP"
  3. External email Provider: Zoho

  1. Click "Incoming tab"
  2. Select "IMAP"
  3. Enter the Sutton emai you want to add.



  • Provide the below IMAP settings: Incoming Server name: imappro.zoho.com & Port number: 993
  • Select the checkbox ‘Use SSL’
  • Sync emails: Choose the date you want to sync the emails
  • Authentication: Enter the Email and Password



  • Provide the below IMAP settings: Outgoing Server name: smtppro.zoho.com & Port number: 465 with SSL or 587 with TLS
  • Click "use same as incoming credentials"
  • Click "Save"



    • Note: The storage space for the IMAP account will be utilized from the overall mail storage.
