Changing the password on behalf of the user
To update your users' passwords, brokerage administrators should follow the steps below. It's important to note that changing passwords is restricted to those who are part of the office roster.
- Search the user's account
- Click the pencil icon
- Scroll down on the left side and click
- Password menu
- Enter the new password.
New password must meet a series of strong-password guidelines
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must contain at least one digit and one special character
