Deleting an user in Homebase

Deleting an user in Homebase

Please follow the steps below;

  • Log into Homebase with your Sutton email and password
  • Select "Apps and Tools" in the red ribbon at the top and choose "Franchise Admin"
  • Search for the agent’s name in the ‘Search’ field while in Franchise Administrator.
  • Click then pencil icon next to the user’s name, then on the left hand side of the page, click on 'delete', give the reason, and then click 'Yes'.
