We have multiple choices for accessing your mailbox or setting up a device like a mobile phone or computer to receive your Sutton mail.
Refer to the resources below and select the one that is easier and functional for your daily activities.
We kindly ask if you wish to change your password, change it from Homebase. In this way your Homebase and Sutton email passwords are synchronized. Please refer to How to update your password in Homebase?
Homebase
Sutton intranet allows you log in by following the steps below:
- Identify the 'Email Tab' from the red ribbon at the top.
- It will direct you to Zoho mail and it will ask you for your credentials (See below for the next steps)
Ensure to log out after using a shared computer after inactivity the session will be closed.
Webmail
It's the way an email service that can be accessed using any browser (e.g. Google, Firefox, Safari)
- Go to: https://mail.sutton.com
- Enter your Sutton Email: username@sutton.com
- Enter your password
- Please proceed if you have set up Multi-factor authentication. Otherwise, click 'Remind me later'.
Multi-factor authentication is a second verification step to login (e.g., a code or link sent to your mobile or alternate email).
It's up to each user whether or not to take this step, and it's not mandatory.
Zoho Mail App - Mobile
Zoho mail app is available to download in App Store or Google Play in any device.
- Download Zoho Mail App in your device
- Enter your Sutton email, then click 'Next
- Enter your password, then click 'Sign in'
- To get rid of the pop-up 'Customize privacy & security settings', look for the envelop icon at the bottom to direct you to your mailbox.
Zoho Mail App - Desktop
Zoho mail app is available to download in your desktop
Go to https://www.zoho.com/mail/desktop/Search for the option according your device. (e.g. Mac, Linux, Windows)Use your mouse to hover and click on 'Download' depending on your device.
Follow the steps to run the file in your desktop
Mail Zoho App icon will appear in your screen.
Click on it and enter your Sutton email and password
Zoho IMAP Set Up - (To use Zoho Mail with a third-party app like Apple Mail, Outlook.)
App Specific Password will be required. To authenticate clients, use Zoho Mail as an IMAP/ POP account.

- Go to Settings in your device
- Search for 'Mail Tab or Accounts'
- Tap Add account
- Click 'Other'
- Tap 'Add Mail Account'
- Enter your name, Sutton Email and the App Specific Password. (Please enter the password without spaces in your app. Kindly type it, do not copy and paste it, then hit next)
- Enter the Incoming Server Information, Sutton Email and the App Specific Password. (Please enter the password without spaces in your app. Kindly type it, do not copy and paste it, then hit next)
IMAP
Incoming Server Name: imappro.zoho.com
Port: 993
Require SSL: Yes
- Enter the Outgoing Server Information, Sutton Email and the App Specific Password. (Please enter the password without spaces in your app. Kindly type it, do not copy and paste it, then hit next)
Outgoing / SMTP
Outgoing Server Name: smtppro.zoho.com
Port465 with SSL or 587 with TLS
Require SSL: Yes
yourname@sutton.com / password - Your information will be verified.
