How can I export my emails from my Sutton email?

Export the emails from your mailbox in EML format for local storage or backup purposes. Exporting emails in an entire folder or based on a specific time for emails up to the past 1 year is possible. 

To export your emails you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the https://mail.sutton.com/ 
   
2. Enter your Sutton email and password

1. Access Settings: Once logged in, click on the gear icon (⚙️) located in the top-right corner of the page. This will open the Settings menu.
   

1. Navigate to Mail Import/Export: In the Settings menu, look for an option related to "Mail Import/Export" or "Data Tools."
   
2. Click on it to access the import/export settings.
   

1. Select Export Option: Choose the "Export" option to begin exporting your emails from your mailbox

1. Select Emails to Export: Specify the emails you want to export. You may have the option to export all emails or select specific folders or categories.

1. Start Export Process: Once you've configured the export settings, initiate the export process. Zoho Mail will gather and package the selected emails into a downloadable file.
   

1. Download Exported Emails: Once the export process is complete, you can view it to Export History.
   
2. Click on download icon to download the file to your computer.
   

 

By following these steps, you can export emails from Zoho Mail, allowing you to migrate your email data between different email services or backup your emails for archival purposes.
