How to Complete Your Profile in ClientBay-CRM?

Please note: To complete your profile information in ClientBay (ex. Profile Photo, Name, Address, Phone number, email addresses, and Agent Bio), you must need to add and update those information from Homebase before it gets sent to ClientBay within 24hrs.

Once done, kindly access ClientBay-CRM app from your Homebase dashboard. 
Please note: In ClientBay, you can edit your social media links and add a default email signature (and anything else that isn't in Homebase).
  1. Enter your Sutton email and password
  2. Click 'Apps and Tools' along the top
  3. Click "CRM" App

  1. Select the "My Account"  button in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
  2. Then, select View Profile.

  1. This is where you can add your social network profile links, and other fields (Headshot, bio and most contact info is pulled from Homebase and must be updated on your Homebase profile and not ClientBay). 

  1. Save the updated information
