How to Upload Contacts to ClientBay?

Please follow the steps below on how to upload contacts to ClientBay;
  1. Go to https://homebase.sutton.com/
  2. Enter your Sutton email and password
  3. Click "CRM" App
  1. Click on "Contacts" on your left navigation bar.

  1. You can upload contacts in two ways: add contacts individually or import a list of contacts. 
1. Adding  Individual Contacts:
  1. Click on  My Contacts/Leads.
  1. Click on the +New icon  the top-right. 


  1. When you are finished, just hit Save in the right-hand corner.


  1. That contact will now be uploaded into your account. 
2. Import List of Contacts(Bulk Upload):
  1. First, you will need to create an Excel file with your contact information – create as many fields as desired to include all contact information.
  2. Open your contact Excel file and click on "Save As" to choose the file type CSV.  This will make the importing process much easier.
  3. Select the "Import Contacts" icon from the upper right hand corner.
  1. This will open the pop-up window to start the contact import process.  Import File – Click on "Choose File" to upload the CSV file from your computer.
  1. First row contains field names: Choose Yes or No
  2. File Format: Comma separated value
  3. Import into: Contacts *Unless you are importing LEADS leave the Lead Source blank.
  4. Click "NEXT" and follow the prompt.

  1. Once the import is complete click "Finish" to complete your import.

  1. Your contacts will now be imported into your CRM! Once the import is completed, it will take you back to your main Contact Dashboard.
