How To Delete Contacts in ClientBAY?

Please follow the steps below on how to delete contacts in ClientBAY;
  1. Go to https://homebase.sutton.com/
  2. Enter your Sutton email and password
  3. Click "CRM" App
  1. Click on "Contacts" on your left navigation bar.

  1. Click on  My Contacts/Leads.

  1. CHECK the box next to the name of the contact you want to erase. 

  1. Once you have made your selection CLICK the trash delete icon at the top of your screen. 

  1. To delete all contacts CHOOSE the box next to Name to select all the contacts on the screen and then press Delete at the top of your screen. 

  1. The process can not be reversed so please be sure that when you are selecting a contact to be deleted, it is the correct contact.
Please note: You are NOT able to delete Leads out of the system, only Contacts.
