How to create new folder and set up email filters in your mailbox?

To create new folder and set up filters in Zoho mail, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to https://mail.sutton.com 
  2. Enter your Sutton email and password.
  3. Click the + icon to ceate new folder
  4. Enter your new folder name and 
  5. Click "Save"
  6. Your new folder will be added on the left side corner of your Zoho mail.

  1. Once you have successfully added your new folder, you can now set up an email filter for a certain folder when new emails arrive.
  2. To configure an email filter, kindly go to Settings 


  1. Scroll down on the left side and navigate "Filters" and click "New Filter" menu


  • Type your desired filter name.
  • Choose your preferred condition type and conditions.

  • Click the "Select folder" menu and select your preferred folder name.
  • Click "Save"

  • Smart Filters

    Generally, automated emails can be broadly classified as ‘Notifications’ and ‘Newsletters’. The Smart filters in Zoho Mail can automatically detect Notifications, and Newsletter emails based on certain header information however,  if you wish to receive all emails in your inbox, you may disable smart filters.
    1. Click the Settings  icon.


    1. Scroll down on the left side and
    2. Click "Filters"
    3. Turn the toggle off
     




    You may also manually move emails to a certain folder;
    1. Mark the emails you wish to move to a different folder
    2. Choose the folder to which you wish to move the emails.

    1. In the folder, click the Views icon and 
    2. Select the options (Unread, Flagges, and Tags) that are provided.
